Two-Story Addition – Kinmount, Ontario

Design and Build

Our client wanted to expand their cottage living space with the addition of a bedroom and bathroom on the upper floor, along with a second bathroom and sauna on the main floor, adding a total of 448 square feet.

We began by pouring a concrete pad to serve as the structure's foundation and the floor of the crawl space beneath. Once the foundation was in place, we framed the two-storey structure, installing insulation, vapour barrier, subfloor, and a shingled roof.
