Garage Renovation – The Junction, Ontario
Design and Build
Our client wanted to renovate their ageing garage at the rear of their beautiful home in The Junction. The goal was to install a new roof and completely revamp the interior, transforming it into a versatile space featuring a workout area, tool and work zone, gardening station, and general storage.
Scope of Work:
Removed the existing roof and reinforced the rafters and ridge beam.
Installed a new charcoal metal roof with fascia, drip edge, soffit, and gutters.
Replaced rotten boards and sealed entry points to prevent critter access.
Added insulation and finished the interior with pine boards for a clean, rustic feel.
Sanded and painted the exterior for a fresh, updated look.
