Boathouse & Deck Makeover, Head Lake, Ontario

Design and Build

Due to limited space by the lakeside, we constructed a 3-foot deck that connects to the concrete pad along the shoreline. Additionally, we added cedar planks to the exterior of the boathouse to give it a refreshed appearance.

Scope of Work:

• Designed a 3-foot deck to maximize limited lakeside space and ensure proper attachment to the existing concrete pad.

• Constructed the deck using cedar, ensuring it is securely fastened to the concrete pad for stability and longevity.

• Added cedar planks to the exterior of the boathouse.

• Finished the project by sanding and sealing the new deck and boathouse exterior to protect against weathering.
